Shipping and Returns

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced item subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe.

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.

  • ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

  • All returns are processed within 7-10 days once received.

  • We make exceptions for size exchanges if available at $8.95 shipping fee.

  • If any item is moved to sale within 2 week of purchase, we will offer you store credit in the difference.

EXCHANGES

  • We only accept exchanges for size changes, not different styles.

  • If you are wishing to exchange an item for different size, the customer must cover the $ 8.95 shipping fee.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS INCORRECT OR FAULTY? 

We are so sorry! Please email returns@perrywalkercollective.com so we can resolve this for you.

 

HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?

Upon receipt of the items, they will be checked to make sure they meet the conditions above and once cleared, you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. If you paid with a gift card, you will be refunded to that same gift card and will be able to re-use the original unique code towards your next purchase.
